Over 20 years, I’ve recruited, trained and developed over 500 independent business owners, 100 of which still work within my network.

The others run businesses in their field of passion, outside of my LMS network. Many of them I have funded into those start ups, all of them I still pick up the phone to when asked, more often than not, they coach me on what they are now experts in.

I know my best people are going to either become me in my industry, or are going to leave me to start up their own business in something else, I’m excited about either/or, and treat them accordingly. I’m in people for the long haul.
